Shipping policy
The following terms and conditions and any other related rules that are adopted by Hareem and made available as provided herein (collectively, the “Shipping Policy”) shall apply to all sales of products that you (“Customer”) may order from hareem website only. This does not include any items purchased from a stocking.
- If an item(s) that you have ordered is present in our inventory, it will be shipped to you within 3-7 business days. It can take between 3-6 business days in transit within Pakistan
- Made-to-order or Customised products can take an approximate time of 3-10 weeks for delivery. Different products have different lead times which can be clarified with our team before placing an order to get a more accurate estimate of delivery time. The jewellery is handmade and goes through quality checks before it is dispatched.
- The approximate lead times provided are guidelines and do not account for any delays caused by courier delays, natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
- Your order will ship from either our Islamabad warehouse, depending upon the availability of product inventory.
- Tracking details are sent to the customer via email once the order is dispatched. For further information or queries, you may contact Hareem helpdesk through the “contact us” page.
- Prices stated are exclusive in nature, if any custom/duties are charged as per the country's regulations, the same will be borne by the customer, depending on where the items are shipped from.
For all other Countries:
- All International orders will be charged as per actual charges offered by the courier companies. This will be notified at the time of order booking.
- Any additional charges will be passed on to the customer.
- If any custom/duties are charged as per the country's regulations, the same will be borne by the customer.
Please read the shipping policy and check our platform on a regular basis to be informed of any changes.
Clients will receive an email upon dispatch of their order. This email will contain shipping details and tracking information for the shipment.
Custom-made and made-to-order orders may take between 4-10 weeks to ship, depending on the specific items to be made.
The price of shipping for custom and bridal orders will depend on the weight of the products.
Hareem Jewellery retains the right to alter its shipping policies and prices without notice to the clients and at their sole discretion. All altered rates will be published on the website with immediate effect.
Hareem Jewellery shall bear no responsibility for products lost or damaged during shipping or any delays caused due to the shipping companies and no refunds will be processed from our end. Shipping costs for any items sent back to hareem for damaged items or repairs will HAVE to be borne by the customer. At this moment we do not offer free return postage.
In case of any lost or damaged items, we will follow the claims process with the courier service company used and any amounts recovered from a claim will be returned to the customer.
